We are a fast-paced, high-energy Italian restaurant located in a busy tourist area, seeking experienced and motivated Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Grill Cooks to join our kitchen team. Position Overview
As part of our kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Italian cuisine with consistency and efficiency. We are looking for team members who can handle volume, maintain organization, and execute dishes with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Execute dishes during high-volume service with speed and accuracy
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep tasks including chopping, portioning, and sauce preparation
Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
Ensure proper food storage and rotation (FIFO)
Qualifications
1+ year experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
